Select your size range from the pull down menu, if you know the model number of the item enter it and click GO. For example, the basic model number of a New Balance shoe can be found on the heal of the shoe. So, if you see someone walking down the street with sneakers that you like, make a note of the model number and type it into the search box. If you don't know the model number then type in a keyword, an activity, such as running.

If you are not happy with the fit of your new shoes, we'll gladly exchange them for a different size or width. Simply return the shoes in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement pair.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Any shoes returned after 30 days, if accepted, will incur a 10% restocking fee. Worn shoes can be returned only if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect.

New Balance adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.

Placing an Order Online
We made it easy. Our navigation is clear, ordering is secure and your privacy is protected.

When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart; select your width and size, the quantity (defaults to 1) and click the button Add to Cart.

The next screen will ask you to select your shipping method based upon the destination of the package, the shipper, and speed of delivery. You may either proceed directly to check-out or continue shopping.

Checkout is fast. It's as simple as Do-Re-Mi.

Fill out our online order form; billing information, shipping address (changes to the shipping method) and credit card information.

Click submit.

You may want to print the "Thank You!" page, with the tracking order id on it for your records. Thank-you. Your order is complete.

E-mail Order Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you soon after. It will be followed by a shipping notification as soon as we obtain the information from the shipper. If for any reason there's a problem with order fulfillment you will be contacted and asked if you would like to cancel your order.

We understand that you may not feel like sending credit card information via the internet even though statistically it's much safer to use your credit card on the internet than in a face-to-face transaction. Or maybe you just need help deciding.
