1. Who is aPerfectDealer.com?
aPerfectDealer.com is independently owned and operated by New Balance North Jersey, a retail licensee of New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc.. We are a New Balance Concept store and have been selling New Balance products online since 1998.

2. What is the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates program?
The aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program is a way for you to earn commissions by recommending New Balance products to your site's visitors. When you join the Affiliates Program you will be given a special link to the aPerfectDealer.com site which you will place on your site. From that link we can track anyone who clicks through to the aPerfectDealer.com site. We will pay you a commission on any sales to a visitor who has clicked through to our site from yours.

3. What kind of sites are eligible for the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates program?
Websites that offer varied and interesting content in a professional looking manner are eligible for membership in the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program. Both commercial and non-commercial sites are eligible. While we encourage health, fitness and sport sites; as well as podiatrists, orthopedists and other health care professionals to join the program, we do not limit the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program to these types of sites. 4. How do I get paid?
We track every sale that comes through the link on your site to ours, and once a quarter we write a check for the total commission amount (in US dollars). If your commissions for a quarter are less than $100.00, we will NOT issue you a check, but rather add your commissions for that quarter to the following quarter. You will receive a check when the total amount of commissions owed you is $100.00 or greater.

5. What is the commission structure?
Earn 10% on all sales of New Balance products. If you expect to sell more than $5000 worth of New Balance products in one quarter then please contact affiliates@aperfectdealer.com for a special commission schedule. The fee schedule is subject to change without notice.

6. How do I link to aPerfectDealer.com?
In the letter of acceptance into the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program there are instructions on how to link to our site as well as a link to the Affiliates-only area of the site. All the instructions you need are in your acceptance letter. Linking options and available promotional graphics are posted on the Affiliates Program linking page.

7. What if someone who visited my site returns to aPerfectDealer.com on their own and not through the link on my site?
When someone clicks on the link on your site to the aPerfectDealer.com software on our site will track them as having come from your site. If they arrive at our site by any other method the software on our site will not be able to track them. For you to receive a commission, the customer must click on the special link on your site that was supplied by aPerfectDealer.com.

9. How do I check the status of my aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program account?
Included in your acceptance letter is a link to the Affiliates-only area of the aPerfectDealer.com site. In this area is a page that has an account statement of your commissions. Only you will be able to see the information on your account since it is password protected. The account statement is updated every month with all new sales you have been credited with along with a running total of your commissions earned to date for the current quarter.

10. May I use the aPerfectDealer.com logo or content on my site?
You may only use the already created links that include the aPerfectDealer.com logo to link to our site. Any other use of the aPerfectDealer.com logo or the use of any other aPerfectDealer.com logos require prior, written permission of A Perfect Dealer, Inc. Any use of the articles in NBNews Health and Fitness Letter, which are all copyrighted by A Perfect Dealer, Inc., also requires written permission of A Perfect Dealer, Inc. 11. Can I access the Legal Agreement before I sign up for the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program?
Yes. In fact, it is required that you read the Operating Agreement in its entirety before filling out the application form.

12. Can I join the aPerfectDealer.com Affiliates Program if I am located outside of the United States?
Yes. Your checks will still be made out in US dollars and any fees for cashing the checks we mail you or any currency exchange fees (where applicable) are entirely your own responsibility. Similarly, any taxes owed to your government or the US government are your responsibility.
